These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website islamicappscenter.com (the "Website") and the Android applications published by Islamic Apps Center (the "Apps"). By accessing the Website or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Apps.

1. Who we are

Islamic Apps Center is an independent publisher of Quran and Islamic mobile applications for Android. We are not a religious authority, and we do not claim any official endorsement from any organization, scholar, or reciter.

2. Use of the Website and Apps

You may use the Website and the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Website or Apps in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Website, the Apps, or related systems;
• Copy, resell, or redistribute our original text, design, or app content as your own;
• Click on advertisements artificially, use automated tools to generate traffic, or otherwise interfere with advertising shown on the Website or in the Apps.

3. Religious content

We take care to present Quran text and recitations accurately and respectfully. Even so, mistakes can occur. If you notice an error in any text, translation, or audio, please contact us so we can review and correct it. Our guides are general, practical information about using our apps; they are not religious rulings (fatwas). For questions of religious practice, please consult a qualified scholar.

4. Audio, recitations, and third-party content

Recitations, radio streams, and some other materials available through the Website or Apps are provided by third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners. The Website's radio page embeds a stream provided by an external service; its availability and content are controlled by that provider. If you are a rights holder and believe content should be credited differently or removed, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

5. Intellectual property

Except for third-party content described above, the text, layout, graphics, and other original materials on the Website are owned by Islamic Apps Center. App names and icons are used to identify our own products. All other trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

6. Advertising

The Website and the Apps are free to use and are supported by advertising. Ads may be provided by Google (including Google AdSense on the Website and Google AdMob in the Apps) and other partners. We do not control the content of every individual ad, and an ad appearing does not mean we endorse the advertised product or service. 7. Google Play

The Apps are distributed through Google Play. Downloading and installing the Apps is also subject to Google Play's own terms and policies. Links on this Website to Google Play open pages operated by Google.

The Website may link to external websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites, and visiting them is at your own discretion.

9. Disclaimer
